An engraving bar is a staffed laser engraving station built into your booth or event space. Guests pick a product from a merchandised display, choose the text or logo, and watch it engrave. A laser mark does not peel, fade or wash off, which is why an engraved tumbler stays on a desk for years. Our enclosed units have onboard filtration.

What is an engraving bar?
An engraving bar is a live laser engraving activation. Guests choose a product, like a tumbler, flask, glass, leather patch or desk piece, choose a name or logo, and watch it engrave.
Is laser engraving allowed inside convention centers?
Yes. Our units are fully enclosed with onboard filtration, with no open flame or venue exhaust needed. We provide equipment documentation whenever a venue asks.
What products can be engraved on-site?
Insulated tumblers and bottles, flasks, glassware, leather patches and coasters, cutting boards, bar tools, pens, journals, keychains, luggage tags and passport covers. Send us a product and we will test it before the event.
Can you engrave our logo and the guest’s name?
Yes, and we recommend it. Your logo goes in a fixed position and the guest’s personalization goes on the other side.
